Position Summary:

The Lead Therapist is responsible for the delivery of efficient and effective therapeutic interventions in order to meet the comprehensive needs of patients and provide quality services that are designed to Prevent, Improve, Restore, and Sustain overall health and wellness. The Lead Therapist coordinates both discipline specific and interdisciplinary training and resources. The Lead Therapist is responsible for the monitoring and facilitation of clinical service delivery, programs and initiatives with the rehabilitation department, including but not limited to, physical therapy, occupational therapy.  治療師長(cháng)負責用(yòng)高效的治療幹預來滿足患者的全方位需求,以及提供旨在預防疾病并改善、恢複及維持整體(tǐ)健康和保健狀态的優質(zhì)服務(wù)。治療師長(cháng)對特定于學(xué)科(kē)以及跨學(xué)科(kē)的培訓和資源進行協調。治療師長(cháng)負責監控和促進康複部門的臨床服務(wù)提供、計劃和舉措,包括但不限于物(wù)理(lǐ)治療、作(zuò)業治療、語言治療。

Responsibility:

1. Develops and implements physical therapy programs in collaboration with the healthcare team consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.評估每位患者的現狀和需求,制定和實施物(wù)理(lǐ)/作(zuò)業/言語治療計劃。

2. Identifies clinical growth opportunities and establishes an education plan including access to educational resources, including but not limited to GRS Academy/Relias courses. 識别臨床發展機會,制訂教育計劃,包括對教育資源(包括但不限于 GRS 學(xué)院/Relias 課程)的利用(yòng)。

3. Performs individualized physical therapy interventions including but not limited to aerobic conditioning, balance coordination, agility training, body mechanics, postural stabilization, flexibility exercises, gait training, neuromotor development training, strengthening, endurance training, manual therapy, functional training, and physical agent modalities;cognitive skills, muscle strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, perceptual abilities, sensory awareness, balance, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, energy conservation, safety awareness, joint protection, work simplification, environmental modification, splinting, physical agent modalities and manual techniques;cognition, receptive language, reading comprehension, expressive language, graphic expression, motor speech, oral motor skills, auditory rehabilitation and dysphagia techniques.實施個性化物(wù)理(lǐ)/作(zuò)業/言語治療幹預措施,包括但不限于有(yǒu)氧運動、平衡協調、敏捷性訓練、健身操、身姿穩定、柔韌性訓練、步态訓練、神經運動開發訓練、力量訓練、耐力訓練、手法醫(yī)療、機能(néng)培訓和物(wù)理(lǐ)介質(zhì)治療模式;認知能(néng)力、肌力、協調性、耐久性、靈活性、感知能(néng)力、感官覺察、平衡性、日常生活活動、工(gōng)具(jù)性日常生活活動、能(néng)量保持、安(ān)全意識、關節保護、工(gōng)作(zuò)簡化、環境改造、夾闆使用(yòng)、物(wù)理(lǐ)因子療法和人工(gōng)技(jì )巧;認知、接受性語言、閱讀理(lǐ)解、表達性語言、圖書表達、運動言語、口腔運動技(jì )能(néng)、聽覺康複,以及吞咽困難治療技(jì )巧。

4. Completes appropriate and timely documentation and billing of services being provided.及時、恰當地完成所提供服務(wù)的相關文(wén)檔工(gōng)作(zuò)和計費工(gōng)作(zuò);

5. Instructs and educates patients, families, and/or other caregivers in the skills, methods, and techniques of the physical therapy program.為(wèi)患者、家人和/或其他(tā)護理(lǐ)者提供物(wù)理(lǐ)/作(zuò)業/言語治療計劃的技(jì )能(néng)、方法和技(jì )藝的指導和培訓。

6. Completes root cause analysis in focus centers in collaboration with Regional Clinical Director and creates a strategic education plan, implementation plan and clinical quality improvement plan for the center.與區(qū)域臨床總監合作(zuò),在重點中(zhōng)心完成根本原因分(fēn)析,為(wèi)中(zhōng)心制訂戰略性教育計劃, 實施此計劃以及臨床質(zhì)量提升計劃。

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in rehabilitation or related major. 本科(kē)及以上學(xué)曆,康複醫(yī)療或相關專業畢業。

2. He/she must be able to practice as a Rehab Therapist in the Province and district of the People’s Republic of China. 持有(yǒu)中(zhōng)華人民(mín)共和國(guó)康複醫(yī)學(xué)治療技(jì )術師或以上執業資格。

3. More than three-year rehabilitation experience. 三年以上年康複臨床治療經驗。

4. Have knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, pharmacology in rehab, normal age-related changes, infection control, and proper body mechanics is preferred. 擁有(yǒu)基本的解剖學(xué)、生理(lǐ)學(xué)、藥理(lǐ)學(xué)、年齡相關正常生理(lǐ)變化、感染控制和正确健身體(tǐ)操方面的知識優先。

5. Must be able to recognize and practice high-quality hospitality, professionalism and customer service to create a patient centered environment. 必須能(néng)夠識别并踐行優質(zhì)的招待、專業精(jīng)神和客戶服務(wù),從而營造以患者為(wèi)中(zhōng)心的環境。

6. Must have knowledge of computer office systems. 必須具(jù)備計算機辦(bàn)公(gōng)系統知識。
